Yemi Alade, Founder & Principal

Yemi Alade is a strategic real estate development executive with a proven record of delivering institutional-grade industrial and commercial assets across Southern California. With over a decade of experience, he has managed and deployed hundreds of million in capital, guiding projects from acquisition and entitlement through construction & stabilization.
Before founding Alpine Trilogy Consulting, Yemi served as a real estate development and construction professional at Link Logistics Real Estate (a Blackstone portfolio company), leading multimillion dollar industrial developments across the greater Los Angeles markets. Delivering projects within financial targets, advanced sustainability goals, and project timelines was foundational in his tenure at the firm.
Earlier roles with Rexford Industrial Realty, Alston Construction, Oltmans Construction, and McCarthy Building Companies built his expertise as a construction manager and builder across multiple asset classes. Known for collaborative, results driven leadership, Yemi has developed strong partnerships with municipalities, investors, designers, and contractors, to streamline approvals and accelerate delivery.
Holding a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and LEED AP (BD+C) accreditation, Yemi blends technical precision with strategic vision driving sustainable, high-performance developments that unlock value for clients and communities alike.
